Reschedule My Ticket

We understand that life happens and are happy to offer you an opportunity to reschdule your seat for another night.

CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE CLASS?  NO WORRIES.  RESCHEDULE YOURSELF FOR ANOTHER NIGHT.

Use the form below to obtain a voucher.  voucher codes are used on the CHECKOUT page when you pay for an event. Simply enter your voucher code as a coupon to redeem your voucher. Your voucher will work on any public event or private party ticket

You can voucher yourself for up to 24 hours prior to the class or event.  If you are within 24 hours of your scheduled time you will receive a %50 last-minute rebooking fee for your seat.   Note! Vouchers are a one time-use code and can only be used once to reschedule.
Terms and Conditions

Event, class, and party booking fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your booking, you can get a voucher for the full amount of the booking 24 hours before the date of booking. Within 24 hours there will be a 50% last minute cancellation fee. Please visit this link to reschedule for any conflict. Your voucher can be used one time for any future booking, event, or class. Vouchers are good for one year. Store credit will be issued if The Painted Pot cancels a class or event.

I hereby release, hold harmless, defend and indemnify The Painted Pot and its employees, agents, officers, and directors from all damages, injuries, claims and causes of action which may accrue to or be asserted by me or any minor child of mine arising directly or indirectly out of participation in any event, class, or party at The Painted Pot or offsite location.
